What Is Coaching and Is It for You?

Life coaching isn't therapy, and it isn't advice-giving. It's a focused, collaborative process that helps you get out of your own head, identify what's truly holding you back, and take meaningful steps forward.

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. Many of my clients are high-functioning people who feel quietly stuck; successful on paper, but sensing something is missing. Others are navigating a significant life transition: a career change, a relationship shift, a move, or simply the feeling that the life they're living no longer fits who they're becoming.

If you've ever thought "I should be further along by now" or "I know what I want, but I can't seem to make it happen" coaching is for you.

Busy Professionals

You're capable and driven but somewhere along the way you've lost the thread. Coaching helps you reclaim your sense of direction without burning out or starting over.

Life Transition Seekers

Change; whether chosen or unexpected can leave you feeling unmoored. Coaching gives you a grounded space to process, clarify, and move forward with intention.

Curious Souls

You don't need a dramatic reason to invest in yourself. If you're simply curious about who you could become with the right support, that's more than enough to begin.

What You Can Expect

Coaching with me is warm, direct, and deeply practical. Sessions are held online, so you can fit them around your life — not the other way around. Together, we'll work on what matters most to you, at a pace that feels right.

Clarity

Cut through the overwhelm and mental noise and reconnect with what you want, not what you think you should want.

Aligned Decisions

Learn to make choices that reflect your values, not your fears, and feel confident standing behind them.

Sustainable Confidence

Build the kind of self-trust that doesn't crumble under pressure but is grounded in who you are, not what others expect.

Your Questions, Answered

Investing in your own clarity and wellbeing isn't a luxury — it's one of the most practical things you can do. When you're clearer, calmer, and more intentional, every area of your life improves: your work, your relationships, your health. Think of it less as a treat and more as maintenance for the most important tool you have — your mind.
Coaching works when you're ready to engage honestly and take action between sessions. It's not a passive process — it's a partnership. Most clients notice a shift in perspective within the first few sessions, and meaningful, lasting change tends to build from there. I'll always be honest with you about what I'm seeing, and I'll never tell you what you want to hear at the expense of what you need to hear.
That's one of the most common things I hear — and it's completely understandable. The discovery call is specifically designed to ease that concern. There's no pressure to dive deep straight away. We'll have a relaxed conversation, you'll get a feel for how I work, and you can decide from there. Many clients are surprised by how quickly they feel at ease.
Therapy tends to focus on healing the past — understanding patterns, processing trauma, and working through mental health challenges. Coaching is primarily forward-facing: we start from where you are now and work toward where you want to be. If I feel that therapy would serve you better, I'll say so honestly. The two can also complement each other beautifully.
It's a relaxed 20-minute conversation — no agenda, no sales pitch. We'll talk about what's going on for you right now, what you're hoping to change or create, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You'll leave with at least one useful insight, regardless of whether we decide to work together.
